Rawalpindi: (Parliament Times) At least three men have been booked for allegedly torturing a traffic warden within Pir Wadhai Police jurisdiction.
Incharge Traffic Warden Nasir Mahmood, lodged a complaint with the local police that he advised a car driver ID-0304 not to park on wrong parking side and in the meantime Lal Mohammad, Waqas and Abid Khan who were sitting in the car started assaulting and torturing him and they tore-off his uniform.
The police have registered a case and started investigation.
