ISLAMABAD: (Parliament Times) Minister of State for Information Broadcasting and National Heritage Marriyum Aurangzeb has felicitated the newly elected office bearers of PFUJ-Dastoor.
In her felicitation message, she said that journalist organizations are playing an important role for protection and development of rights of media workers.
She said that PML-N government is striving for conservation of basic and legal rights of journalists. She said the government is also ensuring availability of conducive environment for execution of professional affairs of journalists.
The Minister of state said that election in journalist organizations is a clear proof of promotion of democratic norms in the country.
