Murree: (Parliament Times) A woman killed his nephew, a class one student by cutting his jugular vein in native village of Union Council Sair Gharbi, Basvair in Murree within the jurisdiction of Lora Police.
According to media reports, the victim, Ayyan Ali, student of class-1 was sleeping in the room of his aunt, Nazia Bibi when she cut his jugular vein with a sharp weapon.
He was rushed to nearby local hospital where doctors pronounced him dead.
Police have arrested the suspect, registered a case against her and started an investigation.
Initial investigation revealed that the suspect was mentally deficit .
