QUETTA: (Parliament Times) The government is endeavouring for promotion of irrigation sector in the province.
A senior official of Provincial Irrigation Department told our correspondent that for this purpose, a project of completion of incomplete schemes in Quetta is being executed.
Similarly, another scheme to provide irrigation water to barren lands in Kohlu district is also being completed at a cost of 300 million rupees.
