Srinagar: In occupied Kashmir, Hurriyet leaders, Shabbir Ahmad Dar, Hakeem Abdul Rashid, Muhammad Iqbal Mir, Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi and Mukhtar Ahmad Sofi today visited the house of resistance leader, Javaid Ahmad Mir to enquire about his health condition. Javed Ahmad has recently undergone second eye surgery in New Delhi.

The Hurriyet leaders expressed sympathy with Javaid Mir and prayed Almighty Allah for the speedy recovery of his health. On the occasion the leaders also discussed recent political situation of Kashmir and concerned over recent arrests of resistance leadership.

They strongly condemned the continued detention of Hurriyet leader, Ghulam Nabi War and Ghulam Muhammad Khan Sopori and termed their illegal detention revenge policy. They said Ghulam Nabi War and Khan Sopori both are suffering from several diseases.
