QUETTA: (Parliament Times) Federal Minister for SAFRON Lieutenant General (Retd) Abdul Qadir Baloch has said that Afghan refugees are living with love and passion in Pakistan for the last thirty eight years.
Addressing the inaugural ceremony of Raha Skill Development Programme in Quetta, he said that Afghan students after getting technical training under the programme, would play an important role in improving relations between the two neighbouring countries.
Abdul Qadir Baloch said that a large number of Afghan refugees has already returned home with the cooperation of UNHCR.
