QUETTA: (Parliament Times) UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and the Ministry of States and Frontier Regions have launched a skill development programme for technical skill of youth in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan.

Official sources told our Peshawar correspondent that the pilot project will be completed at a cost of thirty million rupees.

Under the project, seven hundred youth will be trained at technical and vocational centers in refugee-populated districts of the provinces.
