QUETTA: (Parliament Times)  Federal Minister for states and frontier regions Lt. General (Retired) Abdul Qadir Baloch has said that Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif is keenly interested to bring a positive change in Balochistan through development projects.

He said this while talking to media in Kharan Press Club.

He said backward areas of Kharan, Chagai, Washuk and Panjgur would definitely get benefits of CPEC where different highways from Naag to Soorab, Kharan to Panjgur and Mashkail, Besima to Nokkundi are underway to connect all the far flung areas which would begin a new era of prosperity and economic growth.

He said an electricity grid station would be constructed with 3 billion rupees in Naag tehsil of Washuk District.

He said a small dam in Kharan would be constructed with 4.10 million rupees.
