Rawalpindi: (Parliament Times) A youngster has died of suffocation in a gas leakage incident within the New town police jurisdiction. Bilal Khalid, a resident of Satellite town switched on gas heater in room and started gossiping with his wife. They fell asleep without switching off the heater, hence, the gas engulfed the whole room, leaving, these two persons unconscious. A neighbor knocked the door early morning, as no one was opening the door, he broke the window and entered house. The two were rushed to Shifa International Hospital for medical treatment, however, Bilal died. . The wife was provided with medical treatment who was stated to be in critical condition.
