LAHORE :(Parliament Times)  Lahore High Court (LHC) on Wednesday has dismissed the petition seeking disqualification of Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif and Chief Minister of Punjab (CM)  Shehbaz Sharif.

According to details, Justice Shams Mahmood Mirza heard the case lodged by local citizen who alleged PM Nawaz and Shehbaz Sharif of corruption.

He said that the premier has also appointed crooked leaders in federation and Punjab government’s every department.

The plaintiff urged the authorities to disqualify CM Punjab and PM as they don’t match the clauses of articles 63 and 63 of the Constitution.

Subsequently, the court rejected the plea by declaring it inadmissible.
