Srinagar : In occupied Kashmir, three persons were charred to death in an incident of blaze in Jammu city, early Saturday morning.
Three persons were killed and as many others sustained serious burn injuries when their temporary huts caught fire in Narwal area of the city, a police officer told media.
He said that over four dozen huts were damaged in the fire which was later brought under control by deploying several fire tenders.
On the other hand, a dead body was recovered from Doodh Ganga River in Chadoora area of Budgam district. The deceased was identified as Manzoor Ahmad Ganai, a resident of Dawalatpora village of Chadoora.
Three structures, including a mosque, were damaged in separate fire incidents in Islamabad, Kulgam and Ganderbal areas.
