Islamabad:: The world’s busiest Dubai International Airport, which has been severely affected by the recent rains in Dubai, is experiencing a rapid decrease in water discharge and there is a strong hope that the situation will recover soon, and it is being indicated that the flight will be fully operational within couple’s of Days & all operations will be completly restored. According to the conversation with the media by the CEO of Dubai International Airports Paul Griffiths, the rains that started on Thursday have completely suspended the flight operations in Dubai and the water level in Dubai Airport is up to three feet. Due to which all activities on the runway and all adjacent sites of Dubai Airports were suspended. The flight operation will be completely restored in two days, the airport administration is taking all possible measures to divert the passengers to other airports and reach their destination, he said. Water on the runways is being cleared immediately to ensure that flights are restored. Storms, torrential rainfall, floods, droughts, snowfalls and wildfires are occurring all over the world due to climate change, which requires a joint strategy to overcome about the situation as climate change affects other countries of entire world causing heavy life and property losses. Such an emergency situation may also occur in future and there may be loss of life and due to natural disasters. Meanwhile, the Ruler of Dubai, Muhammad bin Zahid Al Nahan, has issued instructions for an infrastructure study to find out that what was the cause & how can prevent with sustainable strategy and remedy the flood situation that occurred due to unusual rains in Dubai so that such situations do not occur in the future?
