Muzaffarabad, (Parliament Times) : Azad Kashmir Forest Minister Ch. Muhammad Akmal Sargala has said that the government is always trying to solve the problems of refugees on a priority basis. The government is playing its role in every forum for the rights of refugees.
Serving the people is the mission of the government. The government and the government machinery are engaged in public service. Azadi Kashmir is the provision of residential facilities to the refugees living in Pakistan as well as the provision of basic facilities in the residential colonies. Implementation will be ensured, a quota has been allocated in government jobs for Pakistani refugees living in Azad Kashmir, he said.
The government of Azad Kashmir will ensure a hundred percent implementation of this allocated quota so that the refugees can also play their role in the development and prosperity of the region. For the resettlement of refugees living in Pakistan as well as refugees living in Azad Kashmir, houses will be built and given to the migrant families under a mega project proposed by the government of Azad Kashmir, he said.
The problems of the refugees will be placed before the federal and provincial governments. Practical steps will be taken to solve the problems of residential colonies and graveyards immediately. Refugees are a part of our body, we will not let them be disappointed, he expressed these views while talking to a delegation of journalists.
