Rawalpindi, (Parliament Times) : On the special instructions of DGML&C, the entire series of cleaning campaigns is going on in Rawalpindi Cantt. For the last three days, the cleaning staff has carried out grand cleaning operations at night and early in the morning.
Executive Officer Syed Ali Irfan Rizvi has also issued an order to the operation staff to be fully active regarding the Clean Cant campaign and the supply of manpower has been ensured, in which the sanitation system will be further improved.
The sanitation campaign was started on March 28 and will continue till April 3. Cleaning was carried out in different areas of Ward 1 to 10, besides, the staff of the Cant Board were all busy to make the cleaning campaign successful.
So far, 35 tons of garbage have been collected in this series of cleaning campaigns. Public service messages have been given by hoarding in the major cities of the Cantt areas so that the message can be delivered on a large scale.
