Mirpur, (AJK) (Parliament Times) : The second Sardar Muhammad Arif Khan Memorial Football Tournament was won by Youth Football Club Mirpur.

In the final match, Youth Football Club won the title by defeating Kashmir National Football Club Mirpur by two goals.

The man of the match award and cash prize were given for the performance, while Saqib Jaral, the captain of the match, received the winning trophy and cash prize.

It should be remembered that the first tournament organized by the host team Kashmir National Football Club under the name of Sardar Muhammad Arif Khan Memorial was also won by the Youth Football Club.

According to the details, the final match of the second Sardar Arif Khan Memorial Football Tournament was played yesterday at the ground of Government Pilot High School.

In the first half of the match, Abrar Ahmed of Youth Football Club scored a beautiful header on the corner of Sajid aka Saji to give the team a lead over the host team which remained until the half of the match.

He scored the second goal in the last minute of the second half to give his team a two-goal lead over the host team, which remained until the end of the match.

Abrar Ahmed was given the best player of the match and tournament award and cash prize for his performance while the winner’s trophy and prize cheque was received by young captain Saqib Jaral.
