Bagh,  (Parliament Times) : Sardar Zia Qamar, Minister of Information Technology of the Azad Government of Jammu and Kashmir, has said that it is very unfortunate that a country which is severely suppressing the political, human and democratic rights of the Kashmiri people with military force has declared itself a Presenting it as a democratic state. He said that the importance of Kashmir for the Indian rulers was nothing more than a colony or a piece of land.

He added that despite international commitments, obligations and UN resolutions, every Indian ruler from early to Modi has played the role of an actor in erasing Kashmir’s identity, its unique culture and history. He said that India did not hesitate to use military force to suppress the legitimate demands of Kashmiris. The current government influenced by Hindutva ideology has broken all records of brutality in Kashmir in recent years. The Modi government’s use of shotguns by the occupying forces to demand freedom of children is a unique example of cruelty that the claimant has devised to change the settlement ratio in Occupied Kashmir under the Hindutva agenda. Which is against UN resolutions and basic human rights

He said that since 1947, the continuous occupation and strict policy adopted by the Indian government has turned Kashmir into a smoldering volcano, which is a serious threat to world peace. He added that Indian leaders should realize the reality on the ground that they cannot hold Kashmiris hostage for a long time by force. Violence causes difficulties in the movements but the destination cannot be taken away. He said that it is the responsibility of the international community that India Taking serious notice of the illegal occupation of Kashmir and its aggressive occupation of Kashmir should fulfill its responsibilities
