Muzaffarabad,  (Parliament Times) : Chairman Pasban-e-Hurriyat Uzair Ahmad Ghazali has said that Amit Shah and his company (BJP government) should show courage and hold a referendum in the state to know the actual decision of the Kashmiri people.

In a statement issued here on Sunday, he said that Amit Shah is responsible for the genocide of Muslims in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJ&K).

He said that the Indian Home Minister, who took away all the basic human, social, political and religious rights of the people of the state by presenting the most controversial bill in the Indian Lok Sabha on August 5, 2019, now tried to divide on the basis of linguistics, nationality and regionalism to mislead the people of the state.

Ghazali appealed the masses, saying that such a cruel person who imprisoned thousands of Kashmiri citizens in jails after August 5, 2019, martyred 675 youngsters, thousands of oppressed citizens are victims of oppression and punishment on his orders should completely boycott his visit.

Uzair Ahmed said that the Indian rulers cannot occupy the state by force against the will and consent of the people for long.

“India can never succeed in crushing the freedom spirit of the Kashmiri people through military repression, black laws, imprisonment, murder, brutality and economic restrictions”, he added.

The people of the state should remain diligent to defend their homeland by rejecting the despicable interests of the Indian rulers.

He said that a public march will be held in the capital of Azad Kashmir as a protest against the controversial visit of the Indian Home Minister to IIOJ&K.

He stated that citizens will march from Lal Chowk Upper Adda to United Nations Observer Office Domel at 10 am on October 5.
