KARACHI: Former president Asif Ali Zardari has said lust for power is maddening a man day by day in the country.
“ One man threatens army, police and lady magistrate. He says arrest me if you have courage. Therefore, the judiciary will have to see is this man above law.
This man is criticizing our army every day. Officers and soldiers of our army are fighting war with the terrorists. They are rendering the sacrifice of their lives.
This man can subject me, Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz to victimization, he held.
Can this man trample every law, he questioned.
The institutions and government will have to establish their writ, he remarked.
According to Bilawal House spokesperson the provincial ministers of Sindh called on former president Asif Ali Zardari and they exchanged views on rains situation in the province.
The overall political situation of the country also came under discussion in the meeting.
Asif Zardari said all the four provinces are facing emergency situation due to rains. The affectees in all the four provinces are seeing towards us. Therefore all should set aside politics and focus their attention on affectees.
