Pakistan’s geography is most important regions of contemporary world because of its unique location, size, topography and climate. It can be considered as a crossing point of world’s major energy routes and economic linkages also it can be a gateway for central Asian countries and can be a tourist attraction of choice.Pakistan has one of the most strategically significant locations in the world, and therefore it remains in constant attention of the world powers. It located at the Centre trade routes like, on the southern side of Pakistan, Indian Ocean where Arabian sea and it has Gwadar seaport and the Karachi seaport which close to the Chabahar seaport and straits of harmoz (it is world trade route that’s why China sign an agreement of CPEC with Pakistan) thus, this corridor is expected to provide huge opportunities for the Pakistan in shape of jobs, trade opportunities and superior transportation infrastructure. Such as, Pakistan can be gateways to central Asian countries because these counties are land lock which has no water body that can help in trading. In addition, it can be form an oil supply line with oil producing countries because Pakistan is close to oil market hub but unfortunately Pakistan not takes an advantage of those countries. Plus, the warm water of Pakistan helps to maintain good relation with neighboring countries and central Asian countries. For instance Russia has close to Pakistan and Russia’s huge part of water body cover with ice so, Russia not navigate for trade but Pakistan can play a role of gateway for Russia for trading purposes due to Pakistan’s seaports are warm water means whole year water is free from ice and complete year Pakistan can trade easily.Further climate of Pakistan are extremely diverse ranging from vast deserts to some of the largest glaciers and tallest mountains in the world.Thus, geography of Pakistan is strength element of national power in the world if government take advantages wisely then Pakistan’s economy will boost and will grow in world.
