FAISALABAD: There is an urgent need to conduct research on “Neurodia Versus Children” to overcome the mental weakness of children and to carry forward this struggle the support of conscious and empowered classes should also be sought. This was stated by Dr. Shah Shoaib Hashmi, an expert from UK, while addressing a function at Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He highlighted the different types and causes of mental retardation in children and said that the institution he was running in England had 112 children with 67 academic and 26 non-academic staff. Thus, the company has 23 vehicles. He said that there was no shortage of resources in the UK and they could generously help the institutions working in this field in Pakistan .
Atif Munir Sheikh, President, Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FCCI) especially thanked Dr. Shoaib, Dr. Asma, his father and line Imran Ilyas for organizing the event and said that although the elected body of Faisalabad Chamber of Business Community But we differ, including health, education and the city’s Infrastructure are also contributing to the welfare work.He said that our aim is to enhance the cooperation between the government and the private sector while various events are also encouraged for the awareness of the people. He said that a fee is charged for the events held in Faisalabad Chamber but for such purposeful events he has the option of giving free auditorium. He appreciated the offer of financial assistance by Dr. Shoaib but said that Pakistan was facing double standards at the international level. He especially thanked the faculty members and participants for attending the event and said that if Allah Almighty had not instilled the love of children in the hearts of parents, it would have been difficult to raise children. He said that if the children are handed over to another person after the parents, then they are the teachers, therefore there should be such communication between the parents and the teachers so that the shortcomings of the children can be rectified immediately. At the end of the line Imran Ilyas thanked the guests and especially Dr. Asma who is running a school for mentally handicapped children under the name of Originator. The school has 33 children and 18 staff. He said that this institution has not been given the name of trust but a separate cell has been set up for the deserving children whose expenses they pay themselves and in the school records they are counted among the children who pay fees. At the end, Dr. Shoaib and Atif Munir Sheikh, President of Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry also distributed certificates among the participants of this course
