Over the last couple of days,it is witnessed that cases of covid- 19 are emerging to an extreme level; therefore, it is crucial for the entire nation to follow the SOPs. Million of innocent people have lost their lives and number of people are suffering from this virus. Now, it has mutated to a new variant named Omicron which is speedily spreading in country Pakistan. Pakistan has already lost his economic sustanance because of past cases and lockdowns if again the situation remain same then Pakistan may suffer from an intense of recession. The measure issue which i am going to highlight is to follow the Sops and government is too fail to take strict action towards public to follow Sops. Instead of closing public places, they are with no restrictions open if it remains same Pakistan might be fail to control the positive cases later. However, if people continue to ignore SOPs, then the result might be destructive. Presently, the fifth wave of Covid- 19 has hit Pakistan. On the daily basis, the ratio of new cases are increasing. Hence, preventative measure by government has to be taken, people should avoid to visit public places and as well it is my humble request to people to follow Sops, keep social distance and wear masks. let’s defeat Covid. Stay home and stay safe.
