The world powerful countries and people become aidless when natural calamity disturbs the natural ecosystem. The earthquake, pandemic, endemics, floods, erosions, volcano eruption, winds, cyclones and fire can be seen as process of ongoing anarchy in the world. If we go through a history of the world, it would be possible to learn more about the natural distastes and its phenomenon. Despite of all powers and strength we cannot even bother its repercussion for a single moment. Although, history is full of such stories/images where humans had faced a heart broken moments for the loss of their families , hour bring soil ,orchids and properties. Though we can withstand and tolerate thousands of problems in normal life but cannot bother a single flow, throw of angry nature in the form of turning water in to floods ,soil in to bounces of earthquake ,wind in to cyclone or oceans layer to tsunami and disease in to pandemic. The small pox spread in 1520, in the state of USA (Mexico) had extremely negative impacts on socioe economic, political and economy of the region. The people who died just in a spawn of few decades were more than 4 million. It is important to note that a person named Talodi who was solider in American Army reached to North America bringing with himself the virus in his body as agent of killing the people. The China has a long history of natural calamities. Just imagine when in 1887, the Yellow river and River of Yangtze(china) bring a tsunami and killed I million people. It ruined thousand miles of land houses and suffered 4 million .It sweep away 11 cities and hundred villages. The 1556,earthquake in the province of Kanshi china ,was the worst form as it has a recorded strength of killing more than 8 lac and 30000 people on the spot. Its intensity was recorded 8.3 on Richard scale. This was the only earthquake due to its intensity the rivers changes its direction from north to south .All the people living in submerged area were drowned. Besides these kinds of disastrous the history is full of manmade disasters as well. All sorts of wars fought in history come under this category. The war fought between the two creeds that’s Protestants and Catholic for thirty year in Europe was one of the highest kind of brutal exercise on land. In this battle the countries of Europe like Austria, Germany, Luxemberg ,Poland, Russia were involved. The killing of Arminian people from 1894-1905 by Turks in the period of Sultan Abdual Majeed where at least 80000 people were died and 50000 children turn to be orphans. In 1995, the genocide of Muslims in Bosnia Herzegovina by Serbs was a dark period for the Muslims .The killing of 7500 Muslims with brutality and rape of Muslim women’s as part of their wish to dishonor Muslims shall not be forgotten forever. Still the genocide of Muslims in Maymar is the highest form of manmade disaster where millions of Muslims could be found suffered badly and killed with brutality. There could be end to each tale but never to the history of disasters. It had killed the past and has a dark future. The intensity of these natural disasters in future could be found dark. Just see who has planning to combat with COVAID-19 Pandemic and now Omicron. Despite a fact that the scientific and technological discoveries have no limits yet there is no mechanism to combat and control the pandemic which has deep roots in the past. Just imagine that a virus of less than one million micron has destroyed the world socieo economic condition, economy and human developments. In fact it has challenged our power strengths and vision. Once the history with unknown parasites, virus and bacteria with traditional approach of human killing has no parallel even in the period of modern concepts of technology in a juncture. The virus had killed once the King of Spain Alfanswaoo,the daughter of King Edward 3rd of England princess Joune,the wife of King Argan, the son of King Zainiathm, the brother of Shah Sweden and many other aristocratic class and still the fear exists. Even in few cases there can be found much more disparity, and even the notion that it might be the lost episode of human race on the planet in the shape of disasters .The world today is although developed and science and technology has got extra ordinary shape to serve the people but it is powerless in this case. Even humans on the earth could be found in searching the alternate ways of energy production and sustainable life but they don’t know what sort of natural calamities can hit them any time? We can hear through Media that natural and manmade calamities had hit area in one part of the world or on the other part. As a human we can just have rescue and relief operations in the time of any Emergency and nothing more. The government in such a case may have a full flagged system to help the people in calamity but it does not work properly. The public should be aware of it and must have planning in Emergency that how people could be saved and transferred to safe place in time of Emergency? But this we may have before happening of the incidents. Similarly the government should have technical people, machinery and funds for it. Unfortunately, we suffered badly whenever such accidents happened because we don’t have planning or commitment for it? Just imagine how many funds for COVAID-19 mismanaged in the last one year. The presence of team in relief operation and their strengths can be questioned here? The people who worked in Emergency should know the technicality and must have skills for it. Unfortunately in our country most of the funds allocated for Emergencies go in unproductive activities. The systems adopted in our country rely on positions to be filled by the influential but it never focuses on services delivery. So whenever such incidents happened we have no technical people in our team to handle it. In other words most of our personnel’s in the field operations having no capacity no resources to manage it. Still a big problem could be Machinery and the use of it?The incidents and disasters are part of life and it will happens always with intervals. The best policy based on delivery of services to human is possible only if the relief organizations have had people with capacity ,knowledge, skills and machniry.The best way for selection of such persons required the commitment and vision of future rather than adjusting their own people in jobs.It is a time to think and save our future from any disastrous moment especially when it falls in the power and jurisdiction of those who compromise for any benefits.
