Rawalpindi, (Parliament Times) : The role of the zealous Mujahideen of Poonch district in the independence movement of Kashmir is recorded in history. India stands by its traditional stubbornness and we have fulfilled our responsibility by trying every possible constitutional legal route. Kashmiris around the world and Pakistan are fulfilling their responsibilities for the independence of occupied Kashmir. That is why the international community is now beginning to understand the Kashmir issue. This was stated by the President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Barrister Sultan Mehmood Chaudhry while addressing a large public meeting in Rawalpindi district as a special guest. The meeting was presided over by retired Colonel Sardar Waheed Khan. Barrister Sultan Mehmood Chaudhry said that there is a PTI government in Azad Kashmir at present. While we are raising the issue of Kashmir before the international community, on the other hand, efforts are being made to make Azad Kashmir economically self-sufficient. So that the condition of the common man can be improved. On this occasion, the President of Azad Kashmir also announced repair of various roads keeping in view the difficulties of the people. Which will also be helpful in the promotion of tourism. He said that the road work on Azad Pattan Hydro Project would be completed by December 10.
