We need to give importances education and skills development because this way , we can end unemployment. The term of unemployment is used to describe anyone, who is able to work, but does not have profession. Unemployment is one of the most common and chronic problems in the world. They are many developed countries. They are suffering from unemployment. Such as, lack of education, technological change, population increasement, deep rooted corruption. The major of cause of unemployment is lack of education. There is no uniform system of education in Pakistan. Additionally, the ancient era, labours were being used by digging ditch etc. But now, it is converted by machines. Similarly, now a day, the population of Pakistan is increasing, but it is cause of unemployment. Suppose, government announces the jobs, as 400 hundreds vaccines for every province, but there are thousands candidates in Pakistan. It is the biggest cause of unemployment. Furthermore, corruption is cause of unemployment in Pakistan. Mostly government officers are doing corruption and they are taking negative advantages of their posts. Unemployment has been increasing, it is effecting on the country, there are several unemployed men. For instance, if young candidates work-hard but he cannot get any job. It impacts on unemployment. Therefore, suicide rate is increased by the unemployment. If unemployment is a common in Pakistan. Crime rate can be increased by the unemployment. Because, they do not have any types of work, they become criminals. Unemployed workers lose their purchasing power, which leads to unemployment for others worker. It directly effects on the economy country. Conclusion The education system should be equal well managed. Government of Pakistan should remove unemployment. Government should the opportunities of jobs that everyone can support their families easily.
