The statement of Former chief justice Saqib nisar in 2020 stated that the fees of private schools should dwindle 20 pc in private schools. The statement is completely ignored by the private schools the fees are increasingly hiking day by day. However,5000 fees for 5th class for per month is really an act of injustice while in middle sections 7or 8th thousand for per month.It is impossible for a poor man to pay fees of school. Moreover, the ongoing inflation has decimated various communities mostly the poor one’sare affected on the other hand the fees of private schools are disturbing their lives it is not possible for a poor man to give 5000 fees for per month he doesn’t have enough food to eat. Generally, the amendment is required in the regard of upward fees of private schools. I would like to request with the Government of Pakistan to have bold steps regarding private schools fees.
