Muzaffarabad(Parliament Times):: A rally was held in memorial of the oppressed, compelled and subjugated martyrs of Jammu under the aegis of Pasban-e-Hurriyat Jammu and Kashmir here on Saturday. According to details, large number of citizens participated in the rally who held banners paying tribute to Jammu martyrs and chanted Anti-India slogans.  While speaking on the occasion, the speakers said, “The painful memories of the martyred Muslims of Jammu who were driven out of their cities, villages and towns by Hindu extremists and soldiers of Dogra Raj were subjected to cruelty and barbarism are still alive in the hearts of Muslims today.”They maintained that the then Indian government had killed millions of Muslims with the help of terrorists to turn the Muslim-majority territory into minority through an organized conspiracy.
The speakers were of the view that the Muslims of Jammu were compelled to leave everything and migrate.”Hindu extremist groups have deceived the oppressed and helpless Muslims in the hope of migration to Pakistan”, speakers voiced.
They lamented that Muslims was brutally martyred in the settlements with swords, axes and bullets.The speakers added that before the November 6, 1947 massacre and migration, Muslims were in the overwhelming majority in Jammu, but the unilateral war imposed on unarmed Muslims by the Indian rulers have turned them into a minority.”Despite the news and evidence of the then independent observers on the massacre of millions of Muslims, why the extremists involved in the massacre were not apprehended by any  organization in the world? “, speakers asked.
They paid homage to the martyrs of Jammu for their struggle, migration and sacrifices for Islam, freedom and Pakistan and said that even today India as an aggressor and terrorist state in the occupied Kashmir Valley adopted the same terrorist attitude.The speakers called on the United Nations Security Council, the OIC, Amnesty International, Asia Watch and other international human rights organizations to take notice of the Indian terrorism in Kashmir after the November 6, 1947 massacre and the 1990s.Citizens demanded the UNSC to investigate and punish the culprits of Muslims massacre in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.Chairman Pasban-e-Hurriyat Uzair Ahmad Ghazali, Mushtaq-ul-Islam, PPP leader Shaukat Javed Mir, Usman Ali Hashim, Azmat Hayat Kashmiri, Dr. Muhammad Manzoor, Aimal Farzam and others addressed the occasion
