Lahore,(Parliament Times) : A free eye camp organized by Al Mustafa Eye Trust at Delhi Gate Lahore on Tuesday, a large number of patients underwent eye examinations by eye surgeons. On this occasion, spectacles were distributed free of cost and doctors referred cases for eye surgeries. On the instructions of Chairman Al Mustafa Trust Abdul Razzaq Sajid, the convener of the trust Rizwana Latif Medical Superintendent Mustafa Eye Hospital Dr. Muhammad Sharif Prof. Nasir Chaudhry Country Director Tajmal Hussain Gormani Director Miss Tayyaba Walls City. Medical Superintendent Dr. M. Sharif supervised the event. It was informed on the occasion that Trust is providing treatment facilities for eye diseases in 22 countries all over the world and so far a large number of patients have undergone eye surgeries and their sight has been restored. Medical Superintendent Dr. Muhammad Sharif said that free eye camps have been set up in different parts of Pakistan. Eye treatment facilities are being provided to the citizens and those who have poor eyesight are also being provided glasses free of cost. He thanked the administration of Walls City for organizing the camp. Free medicines also provided to the patients during the eye camp. After initial examinations patients were registered for eye surgeries.
