Hajira, (Parliament Times):   PML-N nominee Deputy Speaker Sardar Amir Altaf Khan has inaugurated the Central Election Office. In the inauguration ceremony, the enthusiasm of the workers was visible to all across the state. Deputy Speaker Azad Kashmir Assembly Sardar Amir Altaf while addressing a gathering of workers on the occasion of inauguration of election office said that I am thankful to senior PML-N leader Sardar Arif Shaheen who has given new impetus to the workers. The hard work of Sardar Arif Shaheen Khan and other PML-N leaders and workers will pay off. Hundreds of workers arrived at the inauguration ceremony and sweets were distributed on the occasion.

N League workers were chanting slogans in favor of Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, Raja Farooq Haider and Amir Altaf. PML-N Sardar Arif Shaheen, who had announced his candidature for the election as an independent, withdrew his decision in a crowded press conference at Hajira police station and announced his full support for PML-N nominee Sardar Amir Altaf. He said that he stood by the party and would not support any move which would harm the party. The demand for tickets was my right. The party gave the ticket to Amir Altaf and withdrew its decision to contest the election. Sardar Arif Shaheen said that PML-N is the largest party in the region and like the 2016 election, they will support PML-N with full success on July 25. Constituency 2 is the stronghold of PML-N. The party cannot deviate from the leadership’s decision. Meanwhile, District Administrator Sardar Hafeez, Sardar Abrar Advocate, Former District Councilor Qari Muhammad Hanif Khan, Sardar Saghir Khan, Sardar Imdad Hamad, Malik Shakeel Awan, Raja Manzoor, Sardar Zaheer, Chaudhry Riaz Ahmed, Sardar Sohrab, Sardar Abrar, Sardar Qadeer, Sardar Irfan and others were present on the occasion.
