ISLAMABAD: Metro Bus Service (MBS) between twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi has been suspended due to protest by ticket collectors over non-payment of salaries to them.
The preliminary talks between ticket collectors and MBS management failed and the ticket collectors staged protest on IJP Metro Bus Station Monday.
The ticket collectors said they had asked for payment of salaries on time as these stand withheld since the last three months.
On the other hand Metro Bus service from Rawalpindi to Islamabad has been suspended fully following the failure of preliminary talks between management and ticket collectors.
