LAHORE:    PML-N president Shahbaz Sharif has decided to file contempt of court plea in the court against PTI government and FIA after Eid ul Fitr.

According to media reports Shahbaz Sharif will resort to Lahore High Court (LHC) against stopping him to go abroad despite court’s orders.

A day earlier he made consultations with his legal team for filing contempt of court plea and he directed them to work out draft of the petition.

PML-N deputy secretary General Atta Tarar, one of his legal team members said Shahbaz Sharif has decided to file contempt of court plea in LHC against Imran government and FIA on next Monday for stopping him from flying to London. There was clear order of court in this regard. Stopping him from boarding on London bound flight at Lahore airport falls under contempt of court.

Talking to media men he said Shahbaz Sharif will present in the court in writing anti judiciary statements given by the ministers and the advisors.

The team also considered to make Fawad Chaudhry and Mirza Shahzad Akbar respondents for giving statement against the judiciary.

He said PML-N had already sent LHC order to FIA and interior ministry. PML-N leaders filed the orders in FIA in person. In reply to it the institution filed application of interference in their affairs against them.

He held the government will have to implement court’s orders. The present government could delay Shahbaz Sharif departure to London but ultimately he will have to fly to London for his treatment.
