Nepotism and Favoritism take birth when corruption exist. Competent people fail the test while incompetent pass. Shocking! But true. One of the main reason is recommendation is used as a tool. A poor gets no opportunity to show his talent and at the end of the day he becomes a criminal or gets involved in such activities. It is an urge from a student to the Prime Minister to please, give a heed to the worm of corruption and recommendation in the departments.
