Director- General Inter Services Public Relations (DG-ISPR) Major General Babar Iftikhar in his statement regarding Gwadar PC Hotel Attack elaborated that, the attack was a pre-planned strategy of worth $0.5 million, chalked out by the Indian RAW Officer Anurag Singh along with three banned groups of Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) and Balochistan Liberation Army ( BLA) and BRA as well as Dr. Allah Nazar, who played his role of communicator between the terrorists and Indian agency. It has been revealed that, India is funding and financing terrorist groups in Pakistan through third party- at least two countries; making transaction, funding million rupees, weapons and arms as well as sending other resources to be used for terrorist activities. For creating unrest through terrorism in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, India made transactions through its Punjab and New Delhi banks of worth $ 28,000 and $ 55, 851 to Afghanistan International Bank. Likewise, adopting these measures of financing terrorists for terrorism, Indian state has become the open-enemy of Pakistan and its regions by mis-using Indian embassies and consulates operating along Pakistan. Summarizing the conference, it is learned that, Collectively stating that, India welcomed the banned groups of Pakistan, embraced them, financially assisted them in order to put forward its own agendas of terrorism, funding terrorism, weapons and equipment, engaging with all brands of terrorists, sub-nationalists and dissident’s operating against Pakistan, regularly supervising various terrorist activities in Afghanistan, rendering support to various entities through provision of weapons, ammunition and IEDs, sending fighters in Afghanistan for training, harboring and launching of terrorists into Pakistan. India has become the hub of terrorism in the world and Pakistan is continuously resisting against terrorist activities since the long time. Whatever the consequences of Indian terrorist activities come in Pakistan, the world has now understood that Pakistan is not the promoter of terrorism but it is India- the master mind of sponsoring terrorism in the region.
