British Pak-Kashmir Diaspora condemns frequent unprovoked Indian firing at LoC in AJK,

MIRPUR (AJK):  (Parliament Times)    The British Pakistani – Kashmiri Diaspora’s international representative outfit – Global Pak-Kashmir Supreme Council (GPKSC) Sunday vehemently condemned the frequent violations of the ceasefire at Line Of Control (LoC) by India resorting to the unprovoked firing targeting the forward areas population dwelling close to the LoC in Azad Jammu Kashmir.

Addressing an emergent quarterly meeting of the executives of the organization held at its head office in London on Sunday, the GPKSC Chairman Raja Sikandar Khan, President of the organisation Kala Khan and GPKSC AJ&K Wing President Syed Shabbir Ahmed strongly condemned the recent unprovoked firing and shelling by the Indian occupational forces at the LoC in AJK’s Leepa Valley, Neza Pir sectors, says a message reaching and released to the media here Sunday evening.

“The occupation Indian troops across the LoC are trying to divert the attention of the external world from the fast deteriorating human rights situation in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu & Kashmir by resorting to frequent unprovoked shelling by blatantly violating the ceasefire at the LoC besides openly defying international norms and commitments”, said Raja Sikander Khan, the GPKSC Supremo.

The three Kashmiri leaders called upon the world to take immediate notice of the Indian nefarious initiatives of fanning aggression through such repeated cowardly acts at the LoC besides continue letting loose the reign of state terrorism and violence against the innocent unarmed Kashmiris in the bleeding vale of IIOJK, they added.

“Kashmiris supreme sacrifices of lives for the liberation of the motherland from Indian yoke, will not go in vain”, the GPKSC leaders reiterated.

“The morale and spirit of the people of Jammu & Kashmir living at both sides of the LoC and rest of te world including those living close to the Line of Control are in ever-lasting high form and they will continue their freedom struggle until they reach to their ultimate destination securing their fundamental birthright of self determination”, the speakers said.

Addressing the meeting the GPKSC Chairman Raja Sikander Khan urged upon the International community especially the OIC and the global rights organizations including those claiming to be the champions of the safety of t human rights to ensure their serious and sincere role intervening and pressurizing India to get stopped the human rights violations in the strife torn disputed Indian Illegally occupied Jammu & Kashmir State.

Khan recalled that it was enjoined upon the world community especially the United Nations to fulfill their global responsibilities by ensuring early grant of the birthright of self determination to the people of disputed Jammu & Kashmir state including the people of Illegally Indian Occupied Jammu & Kashmir as enough blood and sacrifices have been shed by the innocent people of IIOJ&K and it was high time time their hearing their plea and they were freed from illegal and forced Indian occupation of their motherland, he concluded.

Earlier the GPKSC’s central executive office bearers accorded a rousing reception to GPKSC AJ&K wings President Syed Shabbir Ahmed on his detailed visit to the United Kingdom to attend the extra ordinary meetings of the organisation in connection with highlighting the urgent need of the early peaceful solution of the Kashmir issue in line with international norms and commitments especially the UN resolutions through inter-action meetings with the British civil society and elected forums under the leadership of the GPKSC Chairman Raja Sikander Khan, President Kala Khan and other stalwarts of the organisation, the message concluded.
