GPKSC London congregation resolves to extend all possible support to make Kashmir Freedom Struggle complete success,
MIRPUR (AJK): Reiterating its firm stance to extend every possible support utilizing all due endeavors to make Kashmir freedom struggle complete success through the liberation of occupied Jammu Kashmir from Indian clutches, UK-based Kashmiri rights outfit and a think tank – Global Pakistan Kashmir Supreme Council commemorated the Kashmir Martyrs Day with due solemnity and reverence on Monday, says a message reaching and released to the media here on Tuesday.
Addressing the congregation held under the auspices of the GPKSC in London late Monday, speakers including the GPKSC Chairman Raja Sikander Khan, President of the organization Kala Khan, Secretary General Zahid Khan and other central office bearers of the organization paid rich tributes to the martyrs of 13th July 1931 besides other lakhs of the valiant sons of the soil who sacrificed their lives for the noble struggle for liberation of their motherland from long Indian slavery since last 73 years.
Speakers vowed to continue the mission of the Kashmiri martyrs to bring the struggle for liberation of Indian occupied Jammu Kashmir to its logical end in all circumstances, the message said adding that the speakers warned India that she could not keep bulk of the internationally-acknowledged disputed Jammu Kashmir State in her unlawful occupation for a long time at the gun-point – as the people of Jammu & Kashmir dwelling both sides of the LoC and rest of the world have unanimously and through one voice have already rejected India categorically.
At the same time, the Chairman GPKSC Raja Sikander Khan while paying glorious tribute to Kashmiri martyrs through various webinar conferences held by various organizations in United Kingdom Monday including the moot organized by President Tehreek e Kashmir UK Fahim Kiyani, said that Kashmir freedom struggle would continue till a single Kashmiri was alive.
The message reaching media here revealed Tuesday that Kashmiri leaders from various parts of the world participated in these webinar conferences including those hosted by High Commissioner of Pakistan in London Nafis Zakria and participated by AJK Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider Khan as well as British, Pakistani, AJ&K Parliamentarians along with political, community & Kashmiri leaders belonging to diverse segments of the society.
Paying rich tribute to the 22 martyrs of 13th July 1931 the GPKSC Chairman Raja Sikander Khan said despite long passage of 89 years of the advent of the Kashmiri freedom struggle since July 13, 1931, the Kashmiris struggle for freedom was successfully moving ahead.
Raja Sikander was of the view that Kashmiris struggle for freedom would bear fruit soon. The International Community shall have to hear Kashmiris voice for freedom under the spirit of international norms and commitments.
Lamenting over the silence of the International Community, the UNO and other global Human Rights organizations, claiming to be the champions of the human rights for having been failed to hear the echoes of our innocent little angels of children, sisters, mothers and brothers being tortured, molested, raped and massacred by the brutal Indian occupational forces in the bleeding vale of occupied Jammu Kashmir.
The GPKSC chief further lambasted the world community including the concerned global forums for ignoring the cries of our daughters, sisters and mothers who were also being tortured, molested, raped besides using them as weapon of war to humiliate them by the despotic Indian occupational troops in the occupied Kashmir valley, which has been turned into world’s largest prison since the bleak day of August 05, last year by brutal India, he underlined.
Despite all coercive methods, India could not weak Kashmiris strength, & courage as the valiant sons of the soil were always prepared to give supreme sacrifices of their lives one after the others for the sake of liberation of their homeland from Indian manacles in all circumstances and determined to continue the struggle till the last drop of the blood of the last Kashmiri, he added.
Concluding, Sikander said that now it was the most worst time for them ever since the black day of 13th July 1931 following India’s continual sinister act of the abrogation of article 370 & 35A to scrap the internationally-acknowledged disputed status of Jammu and Kashmir and the aftermath of this unilateral unlawful action – in form of imposition of ndefinite curfew & lockdown in place since 5th August last year across the occupied valley, he underlined.
