Lahore: Accountability Court while accepting the plea of Shehbaz Sharif Counsel has not indicted Shehbaz Sharif in Ashiana Housing Case and Ramzan Sugar Mills Case.
AC took up the case pertaining to Ashiana Housing and Ramzan Sugar Mills for hearing on Wednesday.
Former Chief Minister Punjab Shehbaz Sharif and his son Hamza Shehbaz appeared before the court.
During the course of hearing, court remarked, “All counsels are present and statement of witness will be recorded”.
Upon it Shehbaz Sharif counsel Amjad Pervaiz said that we are the bar representatives and Punjab Bar Council has given the call for strike.
Judge observed, “ no notice of strike has come to me”.

Upon it Counsels of Sharif Family said that we are leaving the court due to strike.
Counsel of Shehbaz Sharif said that Shehbaz Sharif cannot sit for long time because his health is not good.
Judge called the Shehbaz Sharif on rostrum and remarked that behaviour of some counsels is really inappropriate. On your way back you should take those people along with you besides counsels who have come with you.

Court after marking the attendance allowed Shehbaz Sharif and Hamza Shehbaz to leave.

It is vital to mention here that NAB had arrested Shehbaz Sharif last year in October while LHC had ordered to release him while accepting his bail.
