MUZAFFARABAD : (Parliament Times) The AJK accountability bureau claimed that it provided relief to the scores of complainants during the current month.

A press release of the bureau issued here on Monday says that a complainant submitted an application through Muhammad Asif village Kathapeeran Neelam Valley submitted that she appeared in the NTS for primary school teacher and topped the test/interview but education department did not appoint her as teacher primary school. The matter was investigated through Assistant Director Complaints Rukhsana Aftab and after finding her complaint legitimate she was got appointed as per her seniority in the merit list.

Another complainant under complaint 313/18 submitted that his wife after qualifying NTS was appointed as primary teacher but educational department repealed it and appointed another female in her place. She said she did not even get her salary for the period she worked. The matter was probed through Assistant Director Kokab Saleem and not only she was restored to the post but also paid her salary amounting to 1,53, 935 rupees.

In the third case Muhammad Ismail S/o Suleman resident of Athmuqam Neelum Valley submitted that Patwari of his village had deprived him of his property (land) by tempering the record. Revenue department after going through the record admitted that the complainant was right. He was provided relief under intimation to the accountability bureau by the Revenue Department.

The complainants expressed profound gratitude to Chairman accountability bureau for taking keen interest in providing relief to them.
