Says Kashmiris shed lots of precious blood for liberation of their motherland,
MUZAFFARABAD: (Parliament Times) AJK Minister for Information Mushtaq Ahmed Minhas has said that the partition of Sub-Continent took place on the basis of two nation theory.
It was observed by AJK Minister for Information Mushtaq Ahmed Minhas here on Tuesday. He said Pakistan and India came into being on this very ideology. He said there was no any religious movement in IOK rather it was struggle for right to self-determination, promised by the world body.
Speaking to legislative assembly on Tuesday he said the treatment meted out to Kashmiri people by India in different states of India after Pulwama incident was highly humiliating and inhuman. It was adequately highlighted by electronic and social media, he remarked. He said even Kashmiri puppet leader Umar Abdullah and Mehbooba Mufti realized that India wanted to have Kashmir without Kashmiris. He said Kashmiris shed lots of precious blood for their motherland hence they would accept nothing short of complete liberation from India.
Even Indian moderate politicians admit today that India is an extremist country. Two Nation theory was raised from within Jammu and Kashmir, he stated.
Minhas said local freedom fighters were combating Indian forces forcefully in IOK and India out of frustration of its failures in J&K created a pretext to attack Pakistan under Pulwama incident. Pakistan responded in self-defense downing two Indian planes that tried to attack the country again.
Paying rich tributes to armed forces and people living close to LoC, Minhas said they defended the Indian naked aggression effectively. He said Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider Khan stayed in touch with government machinery from UK and gave them necessary directions on phone. He said we were monitoring every move of the enemy and were always alert.
