Muzaffarabad: Kashmiri living on the both sides of Line of Control (LOC) demonstrated Protest processions on the visit of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Indian occupied Kashmir on Sunday.

Protest procession followed by signature campaign was held in the capital of Azad Jammu and Kashmir under the aegis of Pasban-e-Hurriyat Jammu and Kashmir.

A rally was staged from Old secretariat to Press Club Muzaffarabas where participants chanted slogans against Indian atrocities.

People wrote anti India slogans on the posters of Narendra Modi besides Indian Flag, “End Indian Oppression, Free Kashmir, Go Modi Go Back, Go India GO Back, We want freedom” including many other pro-freedom and Anti-India slogans were written on the posters by many visitors.

Speaking on the occasion, Chairman Pasban-e-Hurriyat Uzair Ahmed Ghazali said that the people of Jammu and Kashmir have rejected the visit of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi under the surveillance of more than seven hundred thousands (700000) occupied Indian armed Forces.

He said that India occupied Jammu and Kashmir for the last 71 years and responsible for the bloodshed and massacre in Kashmir, “India must agree and conduct the plebiscite to give the basic human right to the people of Jammu and Kashmir (Right to Self Determination)” Ghazali reiterated.

He said that India must know that tyranny and coercion cannot diminish our struggle for freedom.

Ameer Jammat ud Dawa Abdul Aziz Alvi said that Modi came to stimulate Indian armed forces for more human rights violations in Indian Occupied Kashmir as she want to burke the voice of Kashmiri people who are endeavoring for their liberation from Indian occupation.

He stated that India cannot sabotage the Kashmir freedom of movement by suppresing the voice of innocent people on Kashmir.

While on other hand, complete shutter down strike have been observed in Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir on the call of Hurriyat Leadership.
