Quetta: A police official was killed after some unidentified people opened fire on him in Quetta, Balochistan.
According to media reports, the victim, identified as Muhammad Musa, resident of Quetta was going back to home after performing his duty when near Nawan Kali, some unknown armed masked men opened fire upon him.
As a result he died on the spot.
Police reached the scene and shifted the dead into nearby local hospital for autopsy.
According to police victim was appointed as Muharrar in Barori police station.
Police have registered a case and started an investigation.
