MIRPUR (AJK):(Parliament Times) People across Azad Jammu Kashmir including the PTI fans besides the activists of his party Saturday thronged the streets in all small and major cities in the state to celebrate the swearing-in of the party’s supremo Imran Khan Niazi as 22nd Prime Minister of the Islamic republic of Pakistan.
Within moments of holding of the oath taking ceremony at the President House in Islamabad Sardarday morning that Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan has taken over as the Prime Minister of Pakistan by swearing in, his admirers including the party’s supporters broke into celebrations in various AJK cities including AJK’s biggest city of expatriates.
Plenty of merrymaking was witnessed with party members exhibiting their celebratory dance moves and sharing sweets with passers-by on the streets.In Mirpur, dozens of the PTI (AJK chapter), workers and supporters celebrated assumption of the office of Prime Minister by the party’s founder chief Imran Khan Niazi, by holding a rally at central Shaheed chowk. The participants distributed sweet meats in jubilation of coming of the party into power under the dynamic leadership of Imran Khan
The AJK-wide celebrations kicked off right after Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan took the oath of office as the 22nd Prime Minister (PM) of Pakistan on Saturday.
As Imran Khan’s 22-year-old dream to become the Leader of the House came true taking over the office of the Prime Minister of Pakistan , the PTI tigers and tigresses were overwhelmed with joy in various AJK cities. Popular party songs were played at different offices where the PTI workers had gathered with their eyes fixed at the TV sets.
