Lahore: Interim Chief Minister of Punjab Dr Hassan Askari has said that we pay tribute to the police officers who sacrificed their lives while protecting the lives and property of the people of Pakistan.
??Police martyrs have authored a chapter of peace with their blood and I pay tribute to the great sacrifices of the martyrs and their families ??, he said this in a statement issued on the occasion of Youm-e- Shuhada-e-Police on Saturday.
He further said that police and other security forces are all set to bring to justice the enemies operating inside the country
??Peace has returned in the country as a result of great sacrifices of martyrs??, he held.
