Rawalpindi: Parks and Horticultural Authority (PHA) Rawalpindi has decided to upgrade the parks which fall under their administrative control.
As per media reports, PHA Rawalpindi is facing lack funds since its establishment due to which many development projects haven’t reached completion.
Owing to these problems Dhok Hassu and Dhok Kala Khan parks weren’t upgraded while only earth retaining wall had been constructed in the Dhok Hassu Park.
According to the PHA official, PHA Rawalpindi will start the work on construction & development of those parks and these mentioned parks will be available in better condition for public in the future.
