ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has been moved in connection with registration of high treason case against former Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif.
A petition in this regard has been filed by a citizen Bisma Naurin making federation, foreign minister, interior minister, DG ISI, Corps Commander and ousted PM Nawaz Sharif respondents.
IHC registrar office has received the petition.
It was prayed in the petition that India and international establishment was behind the success of Nawaz Sharif during general election-2013.
The participation of Nawaz Sharif in oath taking ceremony of Indian PM Nirendar Modi, killer of thousands of Muslims in Gujarat and who became PM encashing anti Pakistan slogans is an anti Pakistan act. Nawaz Sharif harmed integrity of Pakistan. Nawaz Sharif offences fall under article 6.
