Islamabad: Foreign Office Spokesperson Dr Muhammad Faisal on Friday said Pakistani mission has urged Chinese government to solve Pakistani citizen’s killing in Shanghai.
Dr Faisal said our mission in China is in constant contact with the Chinese government to provide justice to Pakistani youth.
According to details, Pakistani youth, identified as Mugheezuddin, was allegedly attacked by a local and injured him seriously. He was taken to a hospital but he did on the way.
The foreign office spokesperson said as Pakistani mission in Shanghai heard about the incident, immediately shifted the victim to hospital and contacted a local police station to register case.
He said Pakistan mission has requested the Chinese government to take immediate action against the suspect and the Chinese government has assured for complete cooperation.
Dr Faisal said that they were in contact with the victim family and has assured them that Mugheezuddin body will soon be brought in Pakistan.
