LAHORE : Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has
congratulated veteran trade leader Iftikhar Ali Malik for becoming Senior Vice President (SVP) of SAARC Chamber and termed his appointment brought laurel for the country.
In his congratulatory message Prime Minister expressed his hope that Iftikhar Ali Malik is a seasoned veteran trade leader and would utilize his best abilities to bring closer the SAARC member states besides promoting regional trade. He said that politicians of either countries must work together with dedication to implement liberal policies in the region.
Regional connectivity is essential for remodelling of policies in line with the current global economic address.
In a separate congratulatory statement, Governor Punjab Muhammad Rafique Rajwana greeted him for his appointment as SVP of SAARC Chamber of Commerce and Industry and hoped that he will continue to exploit his potentials for the promotion of trade and industry in South Asia especially Pakistan.
