ISLAMABAD: Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui of Islamabad High Court said that if the students, who were kidnapped two years ago, were not presented before the court on next hearing then he will send all police officers including Inspector General of Pakistan straight to Adiala Jail.
Hearing the case, Justice Shaukat Siddiqui said that the disappeared girls are his children. SSP Islamabad Najeebur Rehman Bagvi appeared in the court and submitted a report. According to it, the police three more people have been added in the investigation process and police teams have been sent to Hyderabad and Azad Kashmir.
According to report, police was tipped off about presence of girls in red light area on which judge remarked that ex IG also investigated court orders about recovery of girls. He asked that whether Tahir Imam is spokesperson of Islamabad Police. He further said that
He added that they knew that the concerned officer late into the night roams unconscious with a journalist following visiting a bar b q shop. He remarked that police stations are being auctioned even today, adding that there is a Sub-inspector who managed to transfer IG and IG cannot do it vice versa.
He also mentioned that a contempt of court notice will be issued to Tahir Alam.
The court while ordering to present the two girls at any cost during the ensuing hearing the High Court has adjourned the hearing till May 2.
On the other hand the father Ashraf of the two girls while talking to Online said that he is a businessman and give salary of more than ninety thousand rupees to his employees and police blame him that he has sold the girls.
He announced that his daughters will be recovered within two minutes if a case is registered against the investigating officers of the case SI Muzaffar, SHO Thana Khana Inspector Sattar Shah and DSP Abdul Razzak and they send to the jail. He added that the court should be informed why the case has been registered after a lapse of two months.
While labeling allegations the father said that at the very first slap of police to accused told that he has shifted the girls were shift to Afghanistan with their luggage.
