Islamabad: Former Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif has challenged in Islamabad High Court (IHC) , orders issued by Accountability Court (AC) on February 02 in connection with recording of statements of two foreign witnesses through video link in London Flats reference.
Judge accountability court, chairman NAB and federation have been made respondents.
The petitioner has taken the plea in his petition that high court should nullify the AC decision about recording of statement through video links.
It may be mentioned that Maryam Nawaz and Capt (R) Safdar have already challenged this decision.
