KARACHI: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Karachi has once again issued arrest warrants of Mullah Fazlullah, chief of proscribed Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and Shahid Ullah Shahi in Chaudhry Aslam murder case.
ATC Karachi took up the case for hearing on Thursday. The accused Zafar alias Saeen and other accused appeared in the court.
During the course of hearing of the case the investigation officer sought time for initiating proceedings to declare the absconding accused as proclaimed offenders.
The court once again issued arrest warrants of the absconding accused adjourned the hearing of the case till December 19.
The absconding accused include Mulla Fazlullah and Shahid Ullah Shahid.
