Muzaffarabad: (Parliament Times) Being Patron in chief, newly Elected Member of Upper House Azad Jammu and Kashmir Council called a meeting of Youth Parliament Oath Committee, and finalized the program regarding the oath-taking ceremony of youth parliament.
Besides Federal Secretary General of Youth Parliament Ubaid Qureshi the meeting was attended by Chapter President Advocate Asad Ali, Senior members including Mir, Waqar Younas, Kamil Shah, and Mir Afzal Akbar.
Honorable Parliamentarian Younas Meir on the occasion extended his greetings while endorsing the Youth Parliament work. Earlier, he met President of the State Sardar Masood Ahmed Khan and extended the invitation to Oath Ceremony. He said. “All over the world, youths play a vital role towards the development of the country”.
Appreciating the potential, capabilities and abilities of young generation, the president said that he was always available for every kind of help and support.
Federal Secretary General Ubaid said: Youth Parliament has different chapters, each chapter has honorable Parliamentarian in their Board of Patrons because Leaders are the Role model for the youth. In Sindh Chapter, Governor Sindh is Chief Patron, Balouchistan Raheela Hamid Durrani, Speaker Assembly while from AJK Mir Muhammad Younas is the Patron in Chief. He said we are lucky that we have a leader, which can sit with us at any place without countering their status.
President Asad Ali announce the short program of Oath Ceremony, He said 100 members of our chapter will take oath in Kashmir House, Islamabad in which President Sardar Masood Ahmed Khan will be Guest of Honor. He said, “We will invite all other Parliamentarians and Government stakeholders in this ceremony for the motivation of Youth”. He said the Membership drive will be completed within few days, after that we will start Oath invitation.
