QUETTA: An explosion has taken place near police van in Hazaraganji Sabzi Mandi here while no loss to life or property has been reported.
According to media reports, a remote controlled bomb blast occurred near police van on Mandi in the area of Hazaraganji Sabzi Mandi. On information rescue teams and bomb disposal squad rushed to the scene.
Bomb disposal squad said that explosion has been carried out through remote controlled device. The explosive material was planted near gate of Sabzimandi. Blast was so immense that windows of police vehicle were smashed.
Police and FC personnel have cordoned off the area and security personnel have started collecting evidence and investigation.
